At the YMCA, it is our mission to help all people grow in spirit, mind and body. We offer a wide variety of programs designed specifically with all ages in mind. Land and water exercise classes are free to members and are available to those members who are 14 years of age and older. Classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels.
