Group Fitness Classes
Try one of our many fitness classes, like: aerobics, Pilates, Kickboxing, or indoor cycling. All of the classes are free with your membership except a very few specialty classes. Classes are designed to encourage the beginner and challenge the advanced.
April 22th - May 24th Group Exercise Schedule
Orientation
YMCA members are encouraged to sign up for orientations to all the cardiovascular and strength training equipment. These 60-minute sessions are free and provided by trained Wellness Center staff.
Fitness Evaluations
What a great way to start your fitness program. You don't know where you are going unless you know where you are. Trained fitness staff members are available to assess your physical fitness in a safe, confidential setting. Evaluations will determine body composition, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular endurance. This service is free to all members.
Personal Training
If you would like one-on-one help throughout your workout to help you with technique or motivation, sign up for YMCA Personal Training. For many people, Personal Training provides the boost they need to push through to the next level of fitness. Ask our Fitness staff for more information.
Nutrition Counseling
Nutrition counseling is gearded toward both children and adults. Indiviuals can learn about sports nutrition, weight loss or gain, weight management, diabetic nutrition management, heart healhty eating, or how to improve eating habits.
Fitness for Kids
Fit Kids, youth fitness classes, Before & After School Child Care Programs, camps, swim lessons, sports programs, and many other YMCA programs help kids remain fit through active play.
