Position Description: Membership Coordinator
Part-time 25-30 hours per week
Excellent opportunity for highly-motivated, mission-driven team player to provide management leadership in membership development, recruitment and retention, program promotions and image-building in the community.
Job responsibilities will include the following:
This position is responsible for operating, maintaining and improving member service and systems. The position serves members and guest, maintains member service control, answers the telephone, answers questions, and performs various clerical duties and any other duties as assigned by membership director.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Clerical and computer skills are needed. Outstanding people skills are required. Prior customer service experiences a plus.
