Position Description: Caring Cadets Preschool Teacher
Part-time 8-10 hours per week
Excellent opportunity for highly-motivated, mission-driven team player to provide leadership in our Pre-K preschool class.
Job responsibilities will include the following:
The primary function of this position will be to plan and implement an age appropriate curriculum for the assigned class. Supervise and insure the safety and well-being of the children at all times. Communicate regularly with the Youth and Family Life Coordinator. Consistently display a positive and enthusiastic approach to the performance of the assigned duties and the goals and mission of the YMCA.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Prefer applicant to have a degree in Education or in a related field and experience working with children 3-5 years of age.
